1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, free of dirt, oil, and wax. Use a wax and grease remover and wipe dry.
2. Mixing: Shake and stir before mixing. Reduce 125% with Universal Reducer and mix thoroughly.
3. Spraying: Use a primer gun with a 1.4 to 1.8 fluid nozzle/air cap. Apply 2-3 medium wet coats, allowing 5-10 minutes flash times between coats.
4. Sanding: After approximately 60 minutes, the primer will be ready to sand. Use 400-600 grit sandpaper.
